Did your fish always come to surface and drift? What made u transfer to hospital tank!? If he drifts then might be swim bladder issue, let him fast for 3 days no food and let him pass poop to see if it helps search more on swimbladder topic for help

Pode ser o problema na bexiga natatoria, mas coloque algumas plantas ou folhas pra ele poder descansar perto da superfície, bettas gostam

You don’t have to feed every day if she’s not eating. Being unwell makes it hard to digest, which can make them even more sick. Constipation is a common malady for betta. Maybe try a pellet a day until she has an appetite and then increase to 4 max once she’s healthy.

  5. Add aquarium salt and if you can get some kanaplex use as directed. Kanaplex is a broad spectrum antibiotic and helps heal swim bladder. It works wonders.

fast for 2 full days – 48-60 hours. then, feed freeze dried daphnia – feed 3 daphnia a day for 2 days after fasting. then, 2 daphnia a day plus a pellet or two (or small small tiny bit of flakes) for 2 more days. then, 1 daphnia plus 2 pellets or small small bit of flakes a day for two more days. then, 3 pellets a day. maximum.

make sure tank temp is around 79-80.

    should make a good recovery.

most likely swim bladder issues, i would do epsom salt baths, fast for 1-2 days, then feed daphnia
