Bought a trout magnet kit and added some hooks and plastics from that, mini $1 hard bait from Walmart, size 12 octopus hooks, a bobber, some swivels. Wanted tackle I could put in my car, pocket, or bicycle. Looking for mostly panfish,trout, and bass. Is this a good setup?

I’ve got something similar. Super effective. Just be ware those white trout magnets won’t stay white mixed in like that.
I’d ad couple inline spinners, a cast master, and a small original floating Rapala.
I use both of those with great success
Looks good, but I’d add a couple things. Split shots are good, I would add some inline spinners, maybe like a smaller jerkbait, and maybe replace the big bobber with a couple smaller ones in case you lose it.
