Can’t tell, because you didn’t say what it has stocked. You will have algae problems, because of the lack of real plants.

Depends on what you’re looking to get
Slower moving smaller things would love this tank
Fast moving fish will want more space to swim around

Completely depends what you put in there. I think an Oscar would be perfect, maybe a pair of them.

Why aquasoil with plastic plants?
Where did you get the suction cup rock ledge thing? My puffers would be sleeping all over that

Where are the real plants? This is not crowded but rather filled with inauthenticity. Plastic plants can leech toxins into the water over time. They are also more likely to scrape your fish, and don’t give the benefits of oxygen, nutrients, and filtration. I never have ANY issues with my parameters because my plants genuinely eat up so much waste.

It depends in what you stock it with. A betta would be fine as long as none of the plastic plants are sharp(some plastic plants are known to rip fins) betta also may need more rests at varying heights to help reach surface better in a tall tank.
Its a cute tank.
Ignore all the live plant comments… its litterly people just trying to dictate how your tank looks. Live plants can be very beneficial but just telling you to add live plants with out telling you what you need to care for them is pointless control imo.
If you want some live plants, java moss, Xmas moss, anubias, blobtis, java fern all do well tied to decor, rocks, or driftwood. They don’t like their rihzome burried and tend to do better with roots in water column. These are all considered very easy low maintenance beginner plants
For plants that need to be planted like, vallisnaris, any cyptocorynes, or anarchis you would need root tabs if your substrate is inert as plants need nutrients. Some of those i just mentioned can get quite tall and may need trimming
